Review on Stylish Sport Fanny Pack Waist Bag - Egogo Travel S2316 by Sam Bauer

This is a nice fanny pack, big enough to carry my large cell phone, keys, Kleenex, doggie poop bags, earphones, and the a small container of NectaSweet! Stuffing water and a drinking utensil in there (for my dog) would be a stretch but I don't rely on my fanny pack to carry EVERYTHING I might need on a long walk. It's pleasant-looking and the zippers work well. It seems to be nicely made, of good quality. The only thing that could use improvement is the strap design, which is very long on one side, not long enough on the other (for some reason they are uneven, or appear to be) and that even after adjusting by threading the straps through the plastic hardware, they don't hold as tight as I'd like, so that the fanny pack can slide very low on my hips. (I'm quite petite, however, and I think for most people it would be just fine.) Outside of that, no complaints thus far! And much nicer than my last fanny pack (by a different manufacturer).ADDENDUM -- 8 MONTHS LATER .I have been using this hip pack nearly every day, but sorry to say the bag is fraying. The fabric on the front of the bag is sort of mesh-y and doesn't seem to hold up that well. I don't mind the fact that it doesn't look perfect (see photos), but I am afraid that further fraying will rip the very light fabric and then the fanny pack will be no good. Also, the belt straps don't stay put after adjusting. I find this frequently hanging down around my hips like it will slide off, even after multiple adjustments. (I think I will take another review's advice and simply tack down the straps with needle and thread to hold them in place so they don't keep sliding off.) Those things said, it is still a roomy and practical hip pack and not as hideous looking as many I've seen, and I may actually purchase a new one . perhaps in a different color . since I do use it heavily.
