The packaging made a very solid impression. Well protected for transport. Great design. For me, a not-too-technical person, figuring out all the different settings was a little frustrating. I think Cami has more options than I'll ever use. The included instructions were not "elderly friendly". Larger font is welcome. I finally downloaded the PDF manual and was able to look through it as many times as needed. Thanks for that. First, when working with the iPhone, the video was originally upside down. After adjusting the settings I solved it. Using the talkback feature wasn't as intuitive as it should be. I managed to do that with the help of online FAQs. It's great to see what's going on and especially to see what the dog is up to. Everything was very clear day and night. He caught all sounds inside and outside the house. After working with the Kami camera for a while, I bought a new iPhone. At first I couldn't get the app to reconnect. After hearing Kami say "Waiting for connection" for a while, I threw in the towel and called tech support. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They got me back to work in no time. All in all a great product. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family who travel extensively and meet up to take care of their home and pets while away from home.
