It's time for FIXES and updates:

The case was designed in 2016 and it's time for FIXES and updates: - If you need more than three full 2.5" or 3.5" drives, look elsewhere . The 3.5-inch plastic shells are flimsy, and you could easily snap off a piece when you first install them. Thermaltake offers an optional three-bay drive cage for $20, but it never stocks. F31. The thin mesh screen can warp or wrinkle if you're not careful. I would have preferred the dust filter to be INSIDE the case rather than sliding on the top. - The power button is flimsy and could fail. - The thumbscrews for the panel closer to the motherboard look like they are cross-threaded Impression that they cannot be used more than once or twice without removing the threads on the back of the case. - No USB-C port. on the front panel. The placement of the three 3.5-inch drive bays has reduced airflow since they're in a corner that's partially blocked by the PSU. You need to add a fan to protect your drives and the data on them. I can't imagine not being able to get disc trays from Therm. Alternatively, you can either replace the damaged one or add more disks. Pooh. The case appears to be an almost slimmer version of Fractal Designs' earlier Define R4 case. The F31 case is delicate... and Thermaltake's customer service seems non-existent. I should have ordered the more durable Fractal Designs Define R6.
