Review on Neem And Tea Tree Oil Balm - Soothes And Calms Dry, Itchy Skin Irritation - Oleavine TheraTree by Patrick Pearson

Stinks like a horny polecat, works like a miracle on cracked and callused feet.

Ok, listen up. if you're buying this and you don't know what tea tree oil smells like, do some homework first. It's not an entirely offensive odour, but it's very definitely a strong, sharp smell. It's almost eldritch, this smell, and hard to believe it is found in nature and not created in a chemical laboratory somewhere. This balm, however, works BEAUTIFULLY on cracked and callused feet, elbows, knees, and chapped hands. Using it inside clean white cotton socks/gloves will completely rehabilitate even the roughest of skin. This plus a pumice stone will have you feeling all manner of baby bottom soft.I am docking them one star for the slightly deceptive picture. They make it look like it's a good sized jar of balm - it's not. It's a very, very small jar. I have some lip balms that are in bigger jars, is what I mean by small jar. Other than their deceptive perspective on the picture, the product itself is great. I'm just not sure I'd have paid this much for such a small amount.

Pros
  • I use this on my heals and it keeps them from cracking.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use on the face
