Overall good product but needs much better customer support
Easy to install in vehicles with built-in GPS receiver (e.g., Toyota Prius). Provides real time location of your fleet's assets at all times. No need for additional hardware like radio beacons as required by some competitors' products. The software is not user friendly; requires significant training before it can be effectively used. I have been using this system since 2011 when we first deployed them out our entire police department. We are able to track every officer from their assigned patrol car throughout the day and night - no more "I'm working my way through traffic" excuses!
