When I connected two different HDMI cables from my new external monitor to this dock, the screen kept blinking on my new Microsoft Surface. The Surface screen also flickered when I connected it to two different TVs with an HDMI cable. After much support from Revain and from Microsoft, there was a recommendation to bring the port back. I am extremely disappointed. The Revain customer service representative and the Microsoft customer service representative were extremely helpful, efficient and had excellent customer service skills.
