Readers both USB and HDMI work great. The LAN port is slower than my WiFi and the company has not responded to my email regarding this. My surface also does not always register a LAN connection. This uncertainty is annoying. If the company had given me even a harsh answer I would have given a higher rating.

This product would be great except for a few things. First, it doesn't stay in the socket very well. I have to keep pushing him back, even when he's just sitting by himself. This is a great product when it works. I had a lot of trouble connecting HDMI and USB at the same time - it took about ten attempts to connect them all in the right order for the hub to accept them. I'll assume it's a bug with that particular device and try again.

Works great, very useful especially when you need more than 1 USB drive, but the design is flawed as you can't close the laptop on the keyboard when the ethernet connection is active . There should be a different design so you can cover the surface from both sides.

It keeps what it promises. The only criticism is that the keys are very sensitive. That may be good for some. It's cheaper than the MSoft keyboard and probably just as good.
