Overall very happy with the purchase. It is absolutely worth the money you pay. Sharpened both of my combat knives when I received them two days ago. Below are my thoughts. Pros and cons: 1.pro. tiny and portable. Leave room for a holdall. 2nd pro. The strap design makes it better. 3. Disadvantages do not have enough grip when sliding the knife. It wobbles due to lack of adhesion. Suggest using more rubber or silicone material to get more grip. Compare to my old knife sharpener. The large handle prevents it from swinging. I know you can't expect too much from a tiny sharpener from such a compact tiny tool. But maybe a slight change in material can make it different. 4 pluses. Ceramic honing has a very large angle. Fits all my knives. I can't sharpen my combat knife with a kitchen sharpener just because the angle of the kitchen sharpener isn't large enough to capture the entire blade. 5 Plus sharpener for fishing hooks. Nice feature for fishing. Pretty neat for a small cheap tool. 6. Disadvantages A good knife sharpener needs detailed instructions, the instructions on the packaging are simply very functional. At least tell the consumer how and how often to draw. Cover with water in front of a sharp knife.
