Polycarbonate sheet was purchased to make a chip and dust deflector for my accessory saw. It came with a protective film on both sides which was very easy to remove after cutting and folding leaving a crystal clear finish. The sheet was cut with both a table saw and a band saw; it was drilled; and using a heat gun press against the table and apply pressure through a flat board, curved. The sheet metal went through all of these operations without any cracks or chips, and the edge was so good that it didn't need to be sawed or sanded at all. Great for intended use.
