StazOn doesn't stick as well as Sharpie's ink.

I tried the Staz On because it claims it sticks to surfaces like marker ink. It's not like this. I am an engineer and chemist. Received the StazOn today and did a side test of the black marker and my new StazOn ink pad. StazOn ink smeared across my finger after 30 minutes of drying. at room temp. The marking ink dried in about a second. I need dab ink for a logo I want to stamp. StazOn is in no way inferior to Sharpie. I'm still looking for an ink that works exactly like Sharpie.
