Review on 🍞 Bread Art Bread Proofing Basket Set: 9-Inch Round & 10-Inch Oval Banneton Baskets with Liners, Scrapers & Bread Lame by Ann Thompson

We come back first because there was nothing lame. However, we post images to help others make a purchase. The bowl is not 3.5 but 3 and 1/4 inches high. We measured when we were both standing on a wooden floor and the bowl was resting on the plastic wrap it was caught in. There were 3 large tears where the material bonded and I received several small pieces when I ran my hand along the inside. I would have to sand, wash and air dry it before using it and I would have to use a liner (which defeats the purpose because I want my tartine buns to have a round banneton pattern) to prevent, that the dough tears. It looked more like the bad rattan photo they posted. External dimensions do not exceed 9 inches from tip to tip. So note that this is closer to 8 inches of usable space.
