very nice; it is not too heavy and offers a soft protection. It's not armor, just thick/dense padding around the chest and spine. So if you're looking for hard/hard armor, this isn't for you. Two adjustable Velcro straps around the waist and one on each shoulder. Gave four stars only because of the dropped shoulders, which isn't exactly comfortable unless the straps need to be tightened. In addition, the vest tends to heave on the chest while riding if pulled tight around the waist. But overall a good product and would buy again.
