I've had a Fitbit Charge for 3 years and bought the metal strap with my original purchase. The group is still like new. TAAAAAAA when I upgraded to the Versa 2 I also bought the silver metal grille. Within 3 weeks, a loose web was formed in the limbs, in which a number of things and curtains got caught. I went back to the Fitbit store 2 weeks ago because I really like the mesh strap. I picked up my order only to find out that January 31st was the deadline for a return. So I have a group that I can't use. Really disappointed. I will not buy from this seller again. I'm surprised Revane is doing this.
