i bought this laptop for work, i usually use the lenovo brand, but i chose this asus laptop because i like the features and the design. When I receive the laptop it looks great, looks good, the screen is fine and works fast. But the first disappointment was that the memory cannot be upgraded, so I consider this laptop for home/primary use. Second disappointment. It was difficult to see the keyboard letters, the color of the bottom and the shape color of the letters are too similar, making them difficult to see, and the keyboard backlight is too bad. And the worst thing is the keyboard layout, I don't know why Asus is trying to change the layout of the number pad and trying to make the keyboard a bit smaller, that's why it's so hard to get used to this keyboard. If you type a lot and need to use the numeric keypad, this laptop is a nightmare.
