I seriously do not know how there are so many five stars for this (unless the manufacturer is writing in). I have read numerous complaints with this manufacturer that the drain hose is cheap and leaks and the overflow leaks. Guess what - both of ours do as well. Cannot return. Cannot get any customer service. They provide you with an email address that is not valid and if you put an inquiry in on their websites, they do nothing. You cannot find any parts to work with this tub either. Went through several plumbers. DO NOT BUY. Gave it one star because I had to.
