I am 5'11' about 205lbs. Waist 33/34. I went with XL (taking a chance). When I got them out of the package, I thought I made a mistake. They appeared way too big! Once I put them on, they fit just like I wanted. Just over the knee. Nice and light and comfortable. Side pockets and cargo pockets. They appaear to fit slim, but with plenty of room. I didn't want the preppy conservative look with form fitting shorts etc. Great for golf and around the house!
