I am 5’5, 115-120 pounds depending on the day, lol. I ordered a Small and it fit perfect. The tie waistband helps make it adjustable if the dress is slightly too big or too small.Red is out of comfort zone but I got the red polka dot dress anyways and I love it! The quality of this dress feels great. Zero wrinkling, which I love. I will definitely be buying this dress in other colors.
