Review on White 1.1 Cubic Feet Commercial Chef Countertop Microwave by Edris Holwell

I returned a Panasonic in a Revain I bought last April and they honored the return policy without calling the Panasonic or Square Trader warranty which I have come to appreciate since I bought from Revain. UPS had the tag and we picked up the box today. The Panasonic gimmick was cheap plastic and broke and the glass bowl never stayed in place. The latch on this oven is the same so I will be very careful when closing the door and best of all the glass pan rotates and stays in place. It would have been nicer and bigger (like the Panasonic was) but the sliding glass bowl and broken latch were intolerable flaws. So far I like it, especially for drinks, soup and chicken. The beeps are ok and will repeat if you forgot to take out your food. I've always had good luck with Westinghouse products and the price was right. However, you might think that the latch used every time you close the door would be metal instead of plastic. This is a common disadvantage of both microwave ovens.
