I returned a Panasonic in a Revain I bought last April and they honored the return policy without calling the Panasonic or Square Trader warranty which I have come to appreciate since I bought from Revain. UPS had the tag and we picked up the box today. The Panasonic gimmick was cheap plastic and broke and the glass bowl never stayed in place.
