Review on Enhanced MyPurMist Classic: Portable Handheld Vaporizer and Humidifier (with Plug-in Feature) by Lisa Collins

I bought one of these on the recommendation of my ENT. He gave me a brochure for the wireless model, but I read the reviews and realized that you can't use distilled water with this model - you have to buy water in special packaging from them. So I bought this model with a cord so distilled water can be poured out. I plugged it in to use for the first time, added distilled water from a freshly opened bottle, waited 30 minutes which you were told the first time, then inhaled the vapor and WOW! The mold smell was unbearable. It was disgusting. I have asthma and I don't want that stuff getting into my lungs. I've since searched reviews for terms like "smell" and "smell" and found that many people had the same problem (often a musty smell, sometimes something else). I will be sending it back today for a refund and speaking to my doctor about it.
