This product is as easy as saying, "set and forget!" It's really great! Chicken always goes perfectly with beef and pork. Haven't used it to make a hamburger yet but I'm sure it works great. The gloves provided offer excellent protection against burns when retrieving the food. Also easy to clean. I line the bottom of the tray with aluminum foil so you don't have to clean the tray (just a little tip for you). Try basting the chickens with some sort of marinade, stuffing in the vegetables and capping the hole, as this will cook the chicken from the inside and help keep the meat moist.
