I like that it is easy to use for anyone with basic computer knowledge or even no training at al! It's not too complicated but gives you ample room of customization if needed which can be helpful when dealing w/ clients who have their own ideas in mind as well (which are usually better than mine).

The program has been updated frequently so i always know what features will work best within my system without needing additional support from staff members since there seems to me many resources available online through forums & blogs etc.. If your looking into creating an AML tool this would definately do more harm then good unless they make changes such that its easier by far compared t0 using another one out side of amlscanner - however most other programs tend towards being very over simplified while keeping things fairly simple overall meaning some important fields may need tweaking depending upon how much detail u want given back about transactions / money laundering risk.
