I have a tool kit of sockets, wrenches etc in a plastic briefcase style case. After 12 years, the plastic loop on the bottom of the case tore. I tried using tape to tape the top and bottom together and using the tape to make a new loop. It fell apart the first time I tried to use the toolbox again. I ordered this tape to fix the loop. The band is wide enough to be securely fastened to the bottom of the case and both sides with more overlap make for a much more secure connection. The tape stuck very well and was excellent for this application. I plan to use this tape wherever I've used tape before.
