One of the best pre-workout machines I've ever used. I was addicted to stimulants for years, but developed too much tolerance to caffeine that it no longer affected me. I decided to go without caffeine for a few weeks and bought this pre-workout instead. The focus I get from this product is just ridiculous! I'm focusing on what I'm doing in the gym with an intensity I haven't had in a long time. The pumps I get from it are decent but not as crazy as I was hoping. HOWEVER my power kind of skyrocketed and I got some new PRs with it. I was originally going to go without caffeine for a few weeks, but it's been almost a month now and I'm seriously considering buying more. of this product as a pre-workout. Oh, and as for the taste, it was wonderful. I have a watermelon and it's not bad at all. Nutrabio makes very high quality products. They're expensive, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this pre-workout.
