I'm devastated. It just ripped trying to detach to use the bathroom. As expensive as it is, I'm disappointed that it broke so easily. Two stars because it's my favorite and it's comfortable and fits great. Update: The company is amazing. I had already contacted Amazon for a refund and was looking into this when the company applied to replace my torn one. I appreciate the company that works with me and the fact that they are so interested in making it better. I have other work from them and I recommend.
