Very unhappy with the car detailing
I thought the telescopic arm was a good idea until the cheap plastic on the handle and blade section broke in two. When this happened, a metal bar made a huge scratch on my brand new truck. It will probably cost me between $500 and $1000 to fix your broken rag, let alone that. I bought your product to protect my new truck's paintwork, but your rag gave me my first scratch. I am so angry
