Perfect for recording instructional videos with Camtasia

I tested several different microphones for recording instructional videos. Needless to say I'm new to audio but did some research and comparison to make sure I got the right product. Easy Installation - Everything was neatly packaged and easy to set up without even looking at the instructions. ARM - This was easy to set up and easy to clip to my desk. Feathers tend to make a lot of noise when they move. Not ideal as the mic picks it up as you pick up and move. The material of the handle is strong, but it needs to be clean. In my recordings, I hear a slight echo when I accidentally smack a metal hand. super sensitive. I'd like a stronger hand, or at least some soundproofing. I ended up ordering a small desktop mic stand as I kept bumping into my hand. For Maono - I see the products have a small stand. I would recommend one for that. I tried to find a way to buy one of your brands but couldn't, although some of your other mics come with it. Microphone - I've compared and tested this Maono with the Fifine T669 and the regular Blue Yeti (not Nano - bigger). Blue Yeti vs. Maono. Since the Blue Yeti is more expensive I figured it would have better quality and sound for what I wanted. When tested against Maono, I was much happier with the quality of Maono, which I didn't expect. Although the Yeti offers more options for the type of sound. I didn't need all 4 options. only cardio. Fifine T-669 vs. Maono - I expected them to be about the same. Similar aspects and price. In my direct comparison, Maono defeated fifin. Fifine sound wasn't as clear and background noise was more. You will see in most reviews that having the right boost for your purpose is important. Again, I'm a complete novice. So I just did some proactive recordings in all gain positions and my proximity to the mic to find the right position. The microphone itself is also quite durable. It has a beautiful metal body. The cable is also very strong and long enough to reach further if needed. I am using this MacBook Pro 2016 15 inch. I use an Anker USB C Hub (7 ports) adapter and it works great. Value for money - I'm actually thinking of the price and the amazing quality of this mic. this is a great purchase. I returned the Yeti for $100. Fefine costs about the same price - around $63. I think I paid $65 for it. I budgeted $100. I just wanted something that would work well and be versatile. I really think I got a lot for what I was looking for. To sum it up - I love it. I use a desktop stand purchased separately - just figured it was what I needed. I use it for gaming or video chatting. probably nothing to worry about. But for the record, the hand got in my way more than I thought.
