Excellent for flavoring chicken marinades
- Good for flavoring holes in meat. I used to use a fork to poke holes in meat, but fabric softener works better and faster. - I've used it for tandoori and tikka chicken marinades and it works well. - It cleans well and leaves no residue or odor. As long as you pay attention to the sharp points, you'll be fine.
