My husband works outside and is tough on his boots so we have to buy boots for him about twice a year, we ordered them in October and the heel on the boot came off a boot. the leather so there is a clear and huge hole in the back of this boot. the other boot is now starting to do the same, usually from squatting the sock seams will start to snap and make a hole, but I'm frustrated that it's happening that they're Carhart, they should be able to see some wear and tear to withstand. If the boot had failed as a whole I'd be more understanding, but it's just a healing falling apart. I just bought Timberlands again, I will not be buying any more Carhart boots
