I love how easy you can create multiple segments with little effort. There are some things that could use improvement. For example - when creating segments from a list of leads or contacts - the "From" and "To" dates are not shown in the segments. You just get the entire list as an option. If you have a need to see the lead dates, then this is not a good solution. We were looking for a way to segment our contact lists into different groups and provide them to different campaigns and reports in a friendly format. This is one way we found to do that.
