Excellent Customer Service & Support, Strong Product

Great customer service! Our site went down one day at 8:00AM and they got us back up within 1 hour (1/3rd of our business hours) with very little impact on end user. They were able to see where the issue was and fix it quickly without impacting other sites. There are some addons we would like for our clients. This includes live chat and more templates for creating a custom waiting room. We have also yet to use all there features and I suspect this will change as they add new things. Don't hesitate - you won't regret it! We're solving issues with a large scale of customer load and no downtime. I have been using this software for about two years now as well as my colleagues who are also working from home during COVID times! This has helped us stay productive through remote work which would not be possible without it!! There's nothing bad i dislike so far but if there was something then what could we improve? We're able to interact remotely while still being close enough (in terms)of physical distance apart compared to other tools or apps out here like Zoom/Skype etc..

  • Good knowledge base articles that cover most questions users ask in forum.
  • Very reasonable pricing, even when including paid upgrades suchas support tickets & phone calls / chats + many extra options available via upgrade plan option
  • Extremely fast loading speed across devices
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
