I've been using one for about 2 months and it's been great. Then it really didn't vibrate very well. I fully charged my Sonicare but it was still very weak. Changed heads and gotten better. Not sure if my Sonicare is getting old or the heads aren't as good as the others. Update 20 October 2017 Brightdeal sent me a complete set of replacement heads. I've waited a bit to jump into this revised review. I had no intention of revising my review based on a free product. First, it's amazing that they took note of my mediocre review of their product. I buy a lot from Revain but don't leave many reviews. There is no time. However, your kindness prompted me to provide an update a few months later. I'm a bit thrifty. I use my brushes until they are worn out or broken. The replacement heads held up just as well as the factory originals. No complaints. Quality product at a significantly reduced price with the best customer service. I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Eventually when my brushes wear out I will buy more from Brightdeal.
