Not very good. The pressure or vibration of the brush heads decreases after a few weeks. I felt a difference because the vibration was weaker and my teeth weren't as clean as the first time. I kept switching to a new nozzle until I got to the last one. Whoever wrote these good reviews, did you really use them for a long time? They don't do it much longer than a month. In addition, OEM brushes have replacement brushes that change color over time. They appear to be the same color as replacement brushes which never change color but don't worry they will wear out after a month.
