Not very good. The pressure or vibration of the brush heads decreases after a few weeks. I felt a difference because the vibration was weaker and my teeth weren't as clean as the first time. I kept switching to a new nozzle until I got to the last one. It started with the first jet being good and strong for a few weeks, and then each subsequent jet didn't work as long as the previous one. I have the newest brush head and since using it it has become weak. The six brush heads were supposed to last over a year and only lasted so long because I alternated with a manual toothbrush. I will not order this again.
