I'm a blue collar #d printing house. If you want the specs, read Wills or Chris Sotell's review above. I can see what the average person will see and I'll try to summarize it for you. ADVANTAGES: • Mounting size. I can accommodate the triple assembly on one plate. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Minimal rework • Easy alignment • Quiet operation • Extremely easy cleaning • TECHNICAL SUPPORT! The parts are strong, detailed and will last a very long time if properly cured. Cons: • A bit awkward for larger hands when removing the pan as they get caught between the handles to release the plate and pan on the inside left side of the machine. • The lid feels a bit thin in the hinge area. Not very difficult. However, caution is in order • Sometimes it is difficult to remove the tub without pulling the FEP (S-Box & Shadow) • Sometimes it is difficult to get into the inner bottom slot of the tub when changing to remove residual resin remove colors. Most likely an operator problem. • The slicer software has some bugs (sometimes it crashes...it will be completely updated and reinstalled) and needs some work. I have Shadow 6.0, X-Max and now S-Box. Once resin printers reach X-Max performance I probably won't be using a filament printer for a long time as I print a lot of cosplay items for sale and once cured the resin is harder (more durable) and MUCH easier to work with. Sand (as PLA) and even a LARGE build area would be welcome. This car is almost perfect! Last words. Technical support is OUTSTANDING as always. Amy from QIDI is very quick, helpful and it's hard to believe they work overseas with the speed and accuracy that is immediately apparent. The speed, care and direction if you are unsure is top notch. You will not find such a company. I highly recommend this printer.
