These jackets from the Arctix brand are very nice and inexpensive. I tried several kids versions and one adult version and they are all good quality. The size is accurate. The average size is suitable for about 8-11 years old kids. The outer fabric is strong, durable and feels comfortable. Endure a tough kid. Lightweight, lofty insulation provides extra warmth, eliminating the need for an inner layer most days. - Numerous outside pockets with zips. - The cuffs have a nice polyester lining to keep you warm. Velcro straps prevent the cuffs from falling off.
