The 4.5 inch foot is great for a size 5 with room to grow.

Excellent quality, very nice construction, looks stylish and will sit on them for a long time, will probably last a year at least considering how adjustable they are. In fact, they are now at the minimum adjustment. They will probably fit a 4 inch foot but will definitely fit our little one's 4.5 inch feet well.

Pros

ANTI-SLIP: Thickened sole prevents liquid from getting on child's feet, provides excellent grip on wet surfaces. Lightweight, non-slip synthetic rubber outsole with anti-odor that offers a little comfort to children's feet throughout the day and provides good traction and stability even on wet surfaces.
