The customer support team at supplykick are very helpful, quick to answer questions & do what they can within their means! I used them initially as an AWS reseller but haven't seen much benefit from this relationship since we've moved away towards our in house cloud solutions (AWS Gov Cloud).
They have helped us with several different things such like product pricing/pricing models etc however nothing too major or outstanding other than general help when needed which isn't often enough if you ask me :) We're using it now mainly just setting up new products so its not really helping solve any problems yet unfortunately though there does seem some benefits of having someone else take care off all those tasks rather then trying ourselves :P.
