I like that it has an app for my iPhone that allows me to be more efficient in using the system. The interface could use some work, but you can figure it out quickly and get more familiar with it. It also has great Customer Service when we have questions or concerns- they are very helpful and quick to respond! There isn't much about this product that is not good. It integrates well with Salesforce and other systems. We're solving our Sales Enablement needs and helping our Agents become more effective at their job.
