This remote worked for about two months until the power button stopped working. It was annoying, but at least I could turn off annoying ads from the comfort of my couch. Then, about a month later, everything stopped working. Now none of the buttons on the remote emit IR, even with a brand new set of batteries. It seems that in this case you get what you pay for. Don't be like me; Spend the extra few dollars to get a higher quality product so you don't end up having to buy two.
