Theses braces are a god-send for my Creaking knees. They have given me a great deal of stability and are comfortable to wear. My only hesitation about giving them a full five stars is that after a few minutes, they slide down and constantly need to be pulled back up to their original position. The sizing says Large which I would expect to be somewhat universal for "Average-Man” and seem to work fine but gets a bit annoying having to constantly pull them up during workouts. I wasn’t at to find a Medium so this was what I got. Just be aware they will slide down on you during use, but are very comfortable and give the support you need for non-injured, but support-needed knees.
