I like how easy it was to learn and use! It's very customizable, which allows you to do things your own way without having someone else dictate what works best for you.

There are too many features, so some will probably not work well with others. Be sure to test everything before going live because there may be issues if compatibility isn't good between two programs/features. We were able to automate our jobs at my previous job by making all the processes automatic as well as allowing us to track progress throughout each day.
