I got the OEM version for my PC. Mother MSI X470 Gaming pro max, 16gb hyperX rgb, biquet 600w, deepcool gammaxx gt black tower. In short, the first thing I noticed was that the temperatures were painfully high and at the same time they jumped strongly (at idle it was 45 degrees, then immediately 60-65), in games it reached 90 . Then there were short-term freezes, and then just tightly The PC began to freeze at any time, even immediately after turning it on. I checked everything from the tower to Windows and BIOS, but without results. As a result, I set the percentage of my brother r7 2700 and the temperature in idle with this tower was 35 degrees, in overclocking by 3.9 - 40 degrees maximum, while everything is smooth and stable. In short, I did a few more tests for confidence and took it to sc. Chipset drivers and stuff didn't fix the problem (I build 2 PCs a week and tried literally everything). I'll wait for the decision of the store and then I'll probably take myself a 2700x boxed one.
