Poorly distributed gold leaf design
I definitely get the idea that there will be differences between sets. In fact, I like that no two are the same. However, if all of the gold leaf is shifted to one side (see image) I see it as a design/manufacturing error rather than natural variation. I won't wear them, they suck because otherwise the quality is pretty decent for the price.
