I just switched from Hansen outlet organizers, now I like the fact that Hansen organizers have a tall center post with the size of the outlet on it, but I didn't like the outlet down and that the Hansen trays were different sizes. What I like about Ernst Socket Bosses is that the 1/2, 3/8 and 1/4 trays are the same size and I don't mind if the socket size isn't on the pole because I'm long enough technicians have worked so I can look at the size and choose the right one in most cases. The black sized stickers are useless and I don't use them, but the fact that the trays are the same size makes the toolbox organization perfect. I ABSOLUTELY love them and they are the ONLY outlet organizers I would recommend.
