We live in a wind tunnel in Southeast Idaho and we usually get 30-40 mph gusts and this thing holds up surprisingly well! We tried the PetSafe Wall Entry Door and the wings might not even have attached if the wind was strong. I wish I had bought it sooner, although it can cost 3-4 times more than PetSafe, I'm sure the energy savings alone will make up for it within a year.
