Glad I bought the 20ft Slunky, I've been arguing between this one and the shorter one but now that I have I can see that I made the right decision. This item allows for plenty of flex and flex when needed without stretching it to the limit and Slunky wants to stay short and if you stretch it beyond the limits you will bend the metal stays or tear the plastic which upon closer inspection is in my is opinion, will lead to premature failure. The 20ft Slunky works great with a short 5ft hose or longer if needed, so don't worry about 20ft being too long. When you're on the go, you never know how you'll need to run a hose to a full sewer connection, so taking extra time to prepare will help. Good product, it is, I would buy it again if I had to, but so far it works perfectly.
