I'm a big Spider Tech fan. But be careful with things made in Canada. Its back is ordinary white paper, it is less sticky and inferior in quality to Japanese-made products. The Japanese product has marked 2 inch squares and Japanese lettering on the back. It lasts longer, approaches the elasticity of the skin, so its function of relieving or inhibiting muscles is better. Canadian Spider Tech Tape is of lower quality and will not work. as well as clinically based on customer feedback and my own use of the product. The Japanese version mimics skin and lasts longer than any brand of kinesiology tape I've bought and used. Japanese Spider Tech is the best overall and also a Japanese product designed for those with sensitive skin like the elderly just a more versatile line of products.
