Too bad! I bought one of these Dirt Devils a few years ago and absolutely loved it! It is small and light, ideal for cleaning tiled floors. Eventually it broke so I went to Amazon to order another one. This one was designed a little differently but seeing how much I love my old one I ordered it. At first I was satisfied. Still a good product! Well after 2 uses the little piece of plastic holding the vacuum broke off! I poured out the crumbs, but the plastic part didn't click back! Thank god for Revane. I thought maybe it was just a coincidence. They sent me another one quickly. THE SAME HAPPENS! The plastic part does not hold together. I am so disappointed. i will be back again This time for a refund.
