Really great dollhouse for the price. The materials could have been a bit better but we built it in our shop before Christmas and it was a gift from Santa so we had to lug it around Christmas Eve and it has held up well. It comes with all the furniture and even the light comes on and the toilet makes a flushing sound. Downstairs there is a boutique, a hairdresser and a cafe with chairs and cakes. The boutique has a tailor's manikan that is magnetic so you can wear different outfits on it and they stick. It comes with about 5 different ones. There is a bed for the bedroom, furniture for the living room and a bath and toilet for the bathroom. Even the furniture is painted on the walls. The colors are so fun and my daughter was very happy about it. Certainly better than spending $200 on one of these. The deal is definitely worth it. Grows about 3 feet tall and about 3 feet wide.
